Knowledge reports
Customized research reports, white papers, and case studies that gather, synthesize, and analyze key findings to educate and update key stakeholders about critical issues. They can range from a collection of a few major articles on a specific topic to a comprehensive literature review with a concise summary. Or can be formatted to a full set of slides identifying key themes, challenges, and recommendations for your organizational context. We can tailor the end deliverable to your needs.
Management alerts
Short (3-4 pages) statements of significant risk or opportunity based on researched indicators which provide insights into the future with the purpose of eliciting reflection and dialogue. Management alerts may deal with any subject that is part of a strategic risk list agreed upon with the client's management. However they are not confined to this list: if an urgent issue emerges that requires management attention, Polos may elect to issue an extra alert.
Learning tools
Encapsulation of key research findings in tools - boards, maps, learning guides, videos - that can be used by employee teams in "real time" for engaging and impactful hands-on learning. The tools are based on a Socratic approach with open ended questions that elicit thinking and innovation. They are ideal to create an environment for productive encounters and discussions between participants at workshops and conferences as well as for large scale change efforts.
Executive briefings
Short face to face or distance presentations (15 minutes to 1 hour) that are springboard for dialogue between key decision makers about their critical business and management issues. Research findings are filtered and adapted to the unique nature and characteristics of senior executives: financial responsibility, time pressures, focus on long-term actions and external factors that impact their organization. Through executive briefings key decision makers can acquire a better understanding of reality and overcome commonplace biases.
Professional Development
Workshops, seminars, and coaching for specialist and non-specialist audiences, and to help bridge the gap between technical experts and business decision makers.
